• Q - How large is the fountain?
  A - Chocolate Fountain Fantasy offers a centered stainless steel 27” commercial fountain accompanied by two 19” fountains.   Here at Chocolate Fountain Fantasy, our philosophy is more fountains are better.   Three fountains give more variety of chocolates, milk, white & dark, plus it can accommodate more people at the same time.   You will also find that our three fountain philosophy offers at a great price, usually lower than the price of one fountain only a few inches taller than ours.
   
• Q - How many people will the chocolate fountain serve?
  A - Only large chocolate fountains provide the versatility to accommodate any number of guests. Our package includes premium chocolate for up to 100 people, but out fountains are adequate for appetizers or dessert for 25-400 guests.
   
• Q - Do you work outside the Spokane Coeur d’Alene area?
  A - Yes, depending on distance.  Call us, and we can discuss it.
   
• Q - How long will the chocolate fountain be at my event?
  A - With our standard package, the chocolate will flow for 2-1/2 hours. We will arrive up to one hour prior to the start of your event and will discreetly remove the fountain. Additional “flow time” is available in half hour increments at $25 per ½ hour.
   
• Q - Who will provide the dipping items?
  A - Chocolate Fountain Fantasy would love to provide all your dipping items for you.  Please refer to our menu items list on our website  for dipping item choices.  You are also able to provide your own items to the kitchen or have your caterer provide them for you.  We’ll work with you.

• Q - Who runs the chocolate fountain throughout the event?
  A - We have professional and courteous attendants who strive to make your chocolate fountain experience fun and memorable. The attendant will be there to set-up, run, and disassemble the chocolate fountain
   
• Q - Is the chocolate fountain messy or does the chocolate splatter?
  A - No. Our fountains have been specifically designed with an 18.5 inch basin to prevent messy drips and splattering. Other than the occasional drip from an over-indulgent guest, the chocolate fountains stay surprisingly clean. Our attendants are always on hand to help maintain a clean and pleasing presentation.
   
• Q - Can the chocolate fountain be used outside?
  A - Under most circumstances we are unable to provide our services outdoors. Due to the intense chocolate aroma that our fountains generate, your guests will not be the only creatures to swarm the chocolate fountain! Also, unexpected weather change may affect the thickness of the chocolate and disrupt flow. Please contact us as we are willing to discuss each event on a case-by-case basis.
   
• Q - What are the technical requirements for the chocolate fountain at my event?
  A - The Chocolate Fountain requires a level, sturdy table or structure capable of holding 130 pounds and access to a 120-volt electrical outlet within 10 feet of the table location. Please re-confirm these requirements with your event planner before the event so that there is no delay in the set-up of the fountain. We can work with all event decorations.
